Initiate Your Request
Log into your biotrade account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
